Muhammed Ali Questions!?

If I recall correctly, from his autobiography, he threw his gold medal into a river in disgust when he got home and I think in 96' they had another one made and presented it to him. I use to watch him on TV when I was a kid and as a white kid in another country (Australia)I use to laugh because Ali would come across as trying to make out he was racist towards whites but he could never pull it off. There isn't a racist bone in his body and it was so obvious to me. Years later when I went to Vietnam my respect for him quadrupled. The courage he showed by refusing to go to Vietnam is up there with the bravest of the brave!
