Why does it seem when you are the nicest to people they treat you so badly including family?

Its because your such a nice person its like letting your guard down some people cant do this so they are mean to others that can be nice, don't change but it does take a while for people to get used to the new you and once in a while you wont be able to be nice. Hope this helped and good luck :)
