BlackBerry Bold, SYM key fell off. How can it be fixed?

On May 23, 2011 I bought a brand new BB Bold from V----zon and extended my contract. I have never dropped the phone or mistreated it. The SYM key fell off of the keyboard today, have only had the phone for 3 weeks. They only want to replace it with a refurbished phone by mail. I have my receipt and everything that came with it. I paid full price for this new phone. Is there any way I can put the SYM key back on. They offered to put Super Glue on the key to put it back on the phone.
